Lame days-old in need of quick help

Our chicks arrived yesterday and everything seemed to be fine. All the chicks seemed healthy and were active. They were only in transit a very short time as they were hatched on Friday and I picked them up at the PO around 7 last night.

One of our chicks (a NH Red, I think, though I could be completely wrong) is now listless and one leg appears to be lame. We first thought it might be curled toe, but the toes aren't actually curled. When we pick her up, she lifts her good leg up to her body, and the other leg just hangs down with the toes all tight near each other instead of splayed out like the good leg.

We are feeding them chick started and water, and they are on a layer of paper towels with newspaper underneath for the time being.

We haven't done anything to treat her yet because we have no idea where to start. She is being pecked by the other chicks. Can we isolate he at this age without her getting too cold? What else can we do for her?

UPDATE: Just noticed she has a little wound at the "knee" joint. I will try to take a picture so you can see and maybe give some advice...

You can separate as long as you keep a light for it to keep warm if it needs to. If you have a chick with an injured leg, it will heal or it won't, not much you can do. At some point you may have to decide whether or not to cull it.
