Lame duck

Hi,
She's had to her old self but didn't lay last night so I'm going to give her the calcium again today andkeep her in. I can't see any worms but I ordered a kit yesterday ( it hasn't arrived yet) just incase.

I'm not trying to find the things I need to treat Jerry's (suspected) bumblefoot xxx

just curious since Im also in the UK, where did you order your kit?
Hopefully everything turns out okay!

I think doing calcium again is a good idea, it wont hurt to do daily until shes being consistent in her laying again. It's good that shes back to herself!

She still hasn't laid yet xxx

Moult indeed! Everywhere is covered in black and white feathers, even where she hasn't been 🙈 xxx
I can relate to this right now! They get everywhere!!!

Well, it may not be unusual for her to slow down with egg production right now since she is moulting- my girls have missed a couple days and they are daily layers typically.
As long as she is pooping fine, active, eating, I wouldn't stress too much.

Perhaps she wasnt eating enough calcium before with her last egg. Either way, I think she'll be okay. Keep going with the calcium, one dose each day, just to be safe, until she starts laying again.
If she shows signs of having trouble, laying down, not pooping, not eating, panting, fanning and bobbing her tail, then give her a second dose.

Will do. Thank you.

At least keeping her inside until she lays means Jerry has some company xxx
