Yep correct. They were one of my all time favorite fish. Give me sparkling gourami over a betta any day. I had some other beautiful fish that I loved also... cpd, dwarf emerald rasbora, neon blue rasbora, chili rasbora...

They make a little noise like a stuttered clicking sound. So odd when I first heard it. Can't keep shrimp with them without expecting some losses, they are definitely mini predators.

Second photo entry...
Columbian Wyandotte...a cockerel pen and a pullet pen behind. These hatched in 2019 and were used as some of breeders in 2020. Each of these males had 4 to 8 hens.
