Langshan Thread!!!

When I said they had feathering on the middle toe, I had to really examine to see it. Some just looked like stubble.

I'm a breeder of langshans here in Australia. They are my favorite breed. I have Australian Langshans and Croad Langshans.

I've been getting 2 bantam eggs every other day. One pullet isn't laying yet. I've gotten 2 from my LF so far too. Only one is laying in there too. They will go in the incubator Sunday for the New Years Hatch.

Congrats mrheinz! No eggs yet, but those combs are getting red and the breeding more frequent.

Finally have ALL of my babies here! Gotta build one more pen and start on the bantam pens. Gonna be intricate, but TOTALLY worth it. The largefowl pens are doing well at keeping them in. They are too heavy to "climb" up the sides and it's too small for them to fly out! Woot!

That...and they're just really chillax.

A few more pictures of my LF Trio. One pullet is laying, the other's pelvic bone really opened up this last week so she will be before long.
