It sounds like you need a stronger fan. I did the same thing and I dont have that going on. I did use the same tipe of fan though. If you change the fan I think that will fix it.

Maybe you need vents/ adjusted. Sometimes little things make all the difference. You would get a flow of air instead of just blowing the same air around more.

THere is a third pip in the bator.,

What IS is with game birds? I used to hatch quail for a friend of mine. He had 6 hens, and would pile all the eggs into a carton in the fridge.

When they hatched--no matter what---they would pop out in batches of 6, every 12 hours or so.

I am betting these turkey eggs will pop out 1 a day, until they are done.
