Large gall bladder?

So we processed 17 twelve week cornish chickens yesterday. One had a really huge gall bladder which was bigger than their heart (pictured above). What could cause this?
The rest had tiny gall bladders- some were long but all were quite small and rather insignificant compared to this one. All raised together same age, same feed and water.
