LARGE LUMP ON CHICKEN

I have just noticed on my 6 month old chicken she has a large very hard limp kinda scary looking on left side of neck. Not her crop. At first I thought she was holding her head funny. Thought this was an Easter egged but I have no clue. Golden colored with black tail feathers. Anyway I am very worried. What should I do?

Could you post a pic of the lump? What does the lump feel like? Hard, soft or squidgy? Has it been there long or did it appear quickly?

It us very hard and kind if scaly. Noticed today and thought she had a twisted neck. She runs alot and doesn't like to be held so did not see it yesterday
