We have to go threw it, see it for ourselves, reading others problems can be helpful it is all we have to learn from but it is not the same as going threw it ourselves.How can we teach people how to spot illness better?

Another think to watch for would be the early signs of slipped tendon or twisted tibia. I know that the peafowl at the feed store with slipped tendon all started of limping a little, and within 2-3 days they weren't bearing weight, they hocks were huge and swollen and their legs started to turn.
