I wasn't too worried about white/dark meat, I just wanted large courtunix quails. I thought all white quails were A&M's but after hanging around in the quail forum I see there is a lot more mutation than I thought. Man, as soon as my incubator proves itself with this pile of chicken eggs it has I am seriously gonna charge through that snow and get a quail pen built.. then some eggs!! plus, if I wanted white meat I'd eat one of my lagomorphs lolol
