Hello! I just found this jelly blob/looks like cartilage that came out if one of my girls when she pooped. She is a 4 year old blue Wyandotte, shes as never had any health issues before . Does this look like a lash egg? Cause for concern? I attached several
Pictures, one before I touched it, others after I broke it open. Almost looks like yolk on the inside? Was very small though, about the diameter of a quarter. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks so much!

We're seeing this in uninspiring two dimensions. You're seeing three dimensions, and it gives much more information plus your senses. So you need to describe the consistency of this thing. Is it soft like membrane or is it thick and cheesy? Slice into it and tell is if it cuts like cheese. Is there a smell?

It's likely salpingitis which an oral antibiotic might help if this is early in the infection.

Thank you so much for your response! When cut into it did not smell and cut like a hard cheese- looks like a big Chunk of cottage cheese, when opened it does have layers in it like an onion with what looks like a little hard boiled yolk

It's definitely salpingitis, a chronic infection. If it's early and hasn't established itself, it might respond to an oral antibiotic. Are you in the US? If so, call around to Tractor Supply and ask what they have. I prefer amoxicillin. The dose is 250mg per day for ten days.
