Thats sorta confusing? The said the hospital will not comment on his condition but they also say hes dead?

Most likely his press agent says he's dead, and the hospital says nothing. Usually, health are organizations of any type, aren't even allowed to tell anyone who is or isn't in or has been to their hospital. In most cases, not even relatives, unless the patient has signed a form allowing them to know. Usually, starting at age 16, unless someone has health care guardianship.

I would have to go back an read the article but they said they couldn't get a comment on his condition from anyone, Even his people. Only TMZ said he was dead.
Anyone got a report from real news?
