Late bloomer or..?

All of my eggs have hatched but one. It is now day 24 and just to be sure that I hadn't lost it, I candled it. I can see the chick and it is definitely moving. Just not sure what to do. It hasn't even pipped yet. Any suggestions?

That's a tough call. Are they in an incubator or under a broody? If it's in an incubator and you're sure the chick is still alive, I'd leave it - it'll either hatch or it won't. Could it have been at a different stage of incubation as the rest, or were they all set at the same time?
