Late Bloomers?

I've got three pullets but only my Sapphire Gem started laying about a month ago. They'll be 6 months this week. The other two are a prairie bluebell and a Lavender Orpington. They seem healthy and I give them a higher protein feed (18%), water, and a clean coop. Should I be worried about something or are they just taking their time?
