Late Hatch - What's going on?

Thanks. I still only have one that has hatched, and that was 6 hours ago. (He is a cutie!) He is climbing all over the other eggs and really knocking them around. Should I do something to keep them still or just let them be?

Update: I have to very active chicks and a third egg is pipping (although with less vigor than the first two). I have to leave to go out of town (talk about terrible timing!) and am leaving the eggs in the care of a chicken-loving friend. Fingers crossed for more babies, although I am already thrilled with the two I've got.
