Late hatch

Hello. We are new to hatching chicken eggs. Our eggs are on day 30... we have candled and they are dark (we candled earlier and they have always been hard to see) ...we did a float test and all seem viable but not hatching yet. Do we assist in hatching or keep waiting?

Hi. Thank you. We candled on day 8 and around 17. The temp and humidity where always within range but this is our first time. We tried to assist hatch 1 egg last week but it didn't survive so we didn't touch the others.
