Late hatching

Hey, so I have one egg that was due to hatch two days ago (the other two weren't fertile) so it's now day 30! There's no internal pip either. I candled the egg today and the duckling inside was moving, and it has filled the egg apart from the air sack. There are still a couple of thicker blood vessels near the air sack, so I didn't want to intervene invade I caught one. I can't work out what part of the baby is near the air sack, though there is a fairly pointed bit that I'm hoping is the beak. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do or what's happening?

What are you hatching, turkey, ducks?

If there are still veins, I'd just leave it be for now. I'm not sure theres really much you could do except

Aylesbury ducks, the egg has been moving around a little so I'm hoping it's gonna be okay!
