Anywhere larger than day 14 and can be larger than what this shows day 18 will be large enough for the chick to breath. Try not to let them go much larger than what's shown day 18 but don't panic if a little larger either. Each egg have different rates of moisture loss due to how porous the shell is.

Thank you so much! Another question! Would 70-75% be the right humidity on day let’s say 19 and onward till the eggs hatch? If the humidity has been staying Around 30

Also, what do you think if I get another incubator and incubate the 2 other eggs until day 18 for them and then transfer them to the “lockdown”incubator...would that be more ideal? Just curious! And what does the “R” stand for in “RH” sorry! New to this! Thank you so much for the help!

Your eggs are so close together i'd just leave them alone.
Remember depending on conditions 21 days isn't set in stone.
Oh not my question but RH is relative humidity.
