That's a beautiful coop. The rustic weathered look is stunning. Good score.
Cedar as lumber doesn't have the same potential for harm as does shavings.

Thanks everyone, I can't wait to get the girls in it, they are going to be so much happier than in the old coop.

I will look into the sealant and see about getting that done. I don't own a pressure washer, my neighbor might or I can rent one.

I don't know how many hens you plan on keeping in there, the coop area by the rule of thumb is enough for 16 hens, I counted 14 nest boxes though. There is no way you'll need all of them. Maybe you could take a row out and use the wood to build your ramps?

I really like the coop though.
 
They will only be sleeping and egg laying in it, they won't be locked in it I don't lock them up, so the 30 birds I have will be fine in there. I don't like them locked up. 3 or 4 are going to move to the breeder pen I am building out of the old coop. I will let the girls decide which boxes they like then possibly modify it.
