Lavendar Amerucauna Hen or Rooster?!?!

I hatched this sweetie March 17th so he/she is 13 weeks!! I have been reluctant to give a name because I don't know the gender! Please give me your thoughts!! Thank you so much!

I see no male specific feathering, but the comb is bigger and redder than I would like to see for a pullet. I'll go with female for now, but keep an eye on it.

This is what I keep reading so I have been leaning towards cockrel. He's such a sweetie and very curious. He was such a doll as a chick too!

I'm happy either way, but if he ends up being a hen, I'd like to introduce a young cockrel to my flock now instead of later.

I have never heard that about the peacomb. If it were that easy there wouldn’t be as many of these threads lol. Feathers say pullet

This was useful info! I appreciate you posting. The rounded feathers really have me leaning towards hen but I kept thinking about the three row comb thing. He/she may never be named at this point

Based on the size and colour of the comb I’m going with cockerel, just too young for rooster specific feathers yet

Your pics are adorable!
Ameraucana are very difficult to sex at a young age, but I also believe that’s a pullet.
