I'm Still learning, although I'll have to go with a pullet. Some saddle feathers visible in your first pic under high magnification & all the ones I see have blunt ends.

#1, #2, and #3 are definitely cockerelsOK...#1 is definately a cockerel (witnessed him crowing) & #4 is definately a pullet. I included those as ref. 2 & 3 are in question. I also darkened the pix just a hair to see if it feathers show up better.
I'm going to go out on a limb & say all 3 are cockerels.

You all seem like you know your LAMs. I have one I hatched (only lav, so no one to compare with) & is 10 weeks old now. Pink comb appeared in the last week and a half. Until then, blank space. Slow to feather and grow. I have gone back and forth on this bird about a half dozen times!!
