Cans some one tell me what chickens have lavender gene? And what has blue? Thanks.

Hi,
look for a list of poultry genotypes on the net. I know there is one. It includes color genes for a slew of breeds. Lavender is anagram= lav Blue is anagram= Bl or bl.

Any variety called "lavender" is based on the lavender gene (Lav).
Any variety called "blue" is base on the blue gene (Bl).

Here is the kicker...
The APA/ABA variety called "self blue" is actually lavender, as in based on the lavender gene (Lav).
I know it doesn't make sense here in the 21st century, but the APA/ABA refuses to get with the times.
