For Easter I would guess that it is a heterozygotous Tibetan/Pharaoh Pie.
Winter I cannot tell ... sure is that it is something with silver, also heterozygotous.

The pattern is simaler to that of the one pic of the Rosetta you posted. But verry light like the light part of the tools bar.

Oh ok cool, ... the Cinnamon explains the light redish brown pattern and the tan hen is probably silver.

Easter looks like one of my friends quails which is a tuxedo. I’m not entirely sure because of the front because some have their pattern more covering their chest than others.
