Lavender Orpington 3 weeks sex

I have some 3 weeks old Lavender Orpingtons trying to guess at the sex. 1/2 have longer tail features these have shorter tail feathers. Is the comb identifying factor at this age?

I kept one that I knew was a male from the day he came (2 days old). He stood taller and his presence was unmatched. I still have him but he is a bit much. Protecting his girls, I know he is just doing his job and I am trying to work with him. Teach him I am over him in the pecking order.

All are cockerels. Males usually get bigger redder combs, & lack tail feathers.

Orps are a slow maturing breed. Try posting pictures closer to the 8 week mark.
