Ahh! The fact that you have another cockerel...I honestly agree with @Overo Mare , we need an update! But that comb is quite large...could go either way with this bird

I'd guess pullet, but out of nine Bantam Orpingtons I swore I had three cockerels and six pullets. I have six cockerels and three pullets. And two of the males still have very tiny combs and wattles compared to their more developed male siblings. Full body shots would help instead of just head shots.

Same thing happened to me with my English Orps I thought I had one pullet, three cockerels and ended up with three pullets, one cockerel. Sometimes they just cannot be sexed early with much accuracy I feel. I figured mine out by seven or eight weeks for sure though. I came back from a vacation for a week and somehow the time away just made it all obvious
