This is my only living Lavender after a mass murder from neighborhood dogs. It came from Ideal 6 months ago and we are hoping its a girl.
It(She) is very small for her age compared to the red and black of the same age.

It would take several generations of breeding to very nice black birds to greatly improve the type.

This is my little boy, Stitch. He just became a daddy this weekend.

The little one on the right is his baby, from a dark blue split hen. The dark blue chick is from the same hen.

The one on the left is a pure white. There's not much difference until they're older, but they're definitely lavender.
