Hey folks,
Just reposting this question with some newer pics. He/she I thought was a lavender Orpington but is not developing any tail feathers. Anyone have a clue the breed and if it looks like a roo?

Looks like a cockerel to me and my buff orpingtons my females got tail feathers first...my cockerel tail feathered way later. New to chickens this year so this is just my experience

Beak, eyes, and leg color looks exactly like my lavender Orpington pullets, who are still young at 11 and 12 weeks. The bottoms of their feet are bright, strawberry pink, and yours seems a bit more white.

IF that's a lavender Orp, I'd say cockerel. (Way thicker legs than mine, much pinker/redder and bigger comb for the amount of feather growth compared to mine.)
