Lavender turkey question

Reviving an old thread to ask a question. How large will Lavender Turkeys get? I have ten eggs going in the bator in the morning and I'm just curious. This is my first venture into the land of turkeys.

Reviving an old thread to ask a question. How large will Lavender Turkeys get? I have ten eggs going in the bator in the morning and I'm just curious. This is my first venture into the land of turkeys.

I recently processed a 3 1/2 year old Lavender (aka Self Blue) tom. He dressed out at 18.5 lbs. It is my experience that the Lavenders tend to be slightly smaller than the Blue Slates.
