I agree I as an EMT went to a STNA cert program cuz they made more money per hour and got benefits - The only correction I'd make is that neither degree is ever granted - I worked darn hard to get an EMT cert and have watched several friends go to law school I know they had hardships during that time -- I think that the case has merit - Not liking this profession doesn't mean that the school had a right to mislead the people entering -- I see that a majority are like me and not naturally smart I have to work at studying - I guess I really see it as dream stealing People think they are signing on to get a better life for them and their family they do the work graduate only to find out that there aren't jobs to even interview for . or they are lied to about starting wages - Look at the change in LPN training It is now also handled at Occupational Colleges 25,000 in debt and in our area we are flooded w/Nurses. The starting wages have dropped but you may not find out as your signing your student loan papers.
