Can anyone tell me where to start my search on selling eggs and meat birds to a market? I want to see what all is involved to see if it will be worth the headache and my time. Thank you in advance

Try this for eggs. here is a PowerPoint that may help you. When you want to do this stuff, always go to the State Department of Ag first. Don't trust any answers you would get here with specifics for stuff that may require licensing. Get it directly from your own state.
