Laws on sending hatching eggs to alaska

I have someone in alaska wanting some hatching eggs, I am NPIP in the state of TN But i dont think the laws allow to ship to alaska. Does anyone know for sure if it is or not allowed?
any input would be great

i found my answer she would need permites??? I think this would be a costly order so I will pass
