I would go for a brahma... had a real mean hatchery Barred Rock(and i did handle him too much as a chick), he finally went to freezer camp and he was replaced with Barny, you couldn't ask for a sweeter roo- course he is still learning the ropes, and the girls are teaching him manners if he gets out of line... and he isn't a lap-roo

My Frizzle Cochin is a good boy. He does his share of chasing when he gets "in the mood" but is usually pretty gentlemanly, he likes to dance, flap and crow for his girls entertainment too. Cochins are notoriously sweet but I don't know about Frizzles.
