Layer or pretender

I checked the link. I've been looking at the pubic to breast distance which for her there's plenty. I'll check the pelvic distance tmrw. I did notice she seems quite fleshy in that area. Don't know if that's a good sign, a breed thing or something else.
Have never used the keel to vent spacing, easier IMO to find the pelvic points.
"Fleshy'" could be fat? That can inhibit laying.

Got pictures and video....let's try pics first. I should also mention she does like sitting in the nest box but I don't think she's actually broody as she only stays in short periods of time and when there are eggs she doesn't necessarily sit on them.

Cant upload video. No matter how small I make it it won't load.
Had to take screen shots so not as clear.

Is that bulge hard or squishy like water balloon?
Could be a tumor or ascites(water belly)which is caused by various organ failures.

It's squishy. But hard to believe she'd have organ failure she doesn't act out of sorts.

Hard to say....might not be that, or just early days.
They can go a long time without showing any/many symptoms.
