Laying but won’t set

We have 4 silkies and a rooster. They hens are laying but no one will set. I know they lay until ready to settle on them but this is going on for weeks any thoughts on how to get them to set

Do you take the eggs or leave them in the nest?
If you take them then I think you should start leaving them and you will have a broody in no time

Best not to leave real eggs in the nests, good way to get rotten eggs.
Use fake eggs instead.
