laying hens in central nc????

does anyone know where I can get pullets ready to lay or already laying in central nc? I'm in Franklinton, 30 minutes north of Raleigh.

Any help would be appreciated!

Check Craigslist! I usually see lots of chickens for sale. This time of year there may be a lot more chicks available than anything else, but you could contact those sellers and ask if they will be offering started pullets later in the year.

Try getting up with Shook Poultry. They raise POL pullets and also have chicks available.

I got my RIR's at Lake Gaston Bird Farm in Henrico NC. Can give them a try for they have various hens, turkeys, etc. there.
