My Easter egger stopped laying about a month ago. She doesn't seem to be sick broody or molting and it came directly after changing the feed. We tried changing back to our previous feed with no luck.

I also have a Wyandotte that was hatched sometime in march. She has yet to lay. Also no obvious issues.

Please help!

My Wyandotte has never laid though and she's almost a year. Should I be concerned?

you should be. She should of been laying months ago. Could be a simple management issue (feed, stress, space...) or something more serious. If the diet made the EE stop laying,it could be weeks before she picks up again.

This is my first time with chickens ... how should I go about figuring out her issue?

Tell us more about your flock...
number of birds and where you got them,
their housing(pics and dimensions),
what and how exactly you are feeding them.

7-8 months is not unheard of for onset of lay and Wynadottes can be later layers.
