Oh come on you and Evy have enough conversations on showing call ducks to make you a pro...LOL True but you may have noticed I have a Basic disagreement with EVY I insist in calling the call type the rubber ducky look. Also she wants me to at least go to a show and can't understand why I have no interest
Well you do seem to know your waterfowl..Thanks, I try my best
Dont get me started on the self-chocolate, chocolate, self-blue, blue thing.....I think we just need to go with the name that is in the standard. I am beginning to think Evy is right about all these new varieties of call ducks...See that proves my point about Evy the last go arround (not the one that just ended) I donated $100 for show prizes but specified that it only could be used for non standard colors I don't think she forgives me yet (did you win one of those. I don't remember?
We have good luck using Nutrina Duck Grower and I guess I am lucky that my local feed store keeps it in stock for us, many of my friends in other states cant seem to get it, even if their feed store carries Nutrina Feeds...The Nutrina Rep tells me they also make a duck feed for commerical needs, but it is not available in my area.
Type is the same over the pond for call ducks, but the colors and their discriptions are different...we Americans always have to put our spin on a variety....right?
Right but who is going to raise something named a yellow belly call duck? Happy Holidays! I'll be gone for a while~gd
