Laying very early

My BSL laid an egg today! She is approx 13 wks old is this unusual? Will it hurt her?

It is unusual. But, I've read several posts of early laying birds here on BYC. I don't know if it would hurt her, although at her age she should still be putting her resources towards growth. I would continue to feed her the 20% chick feed, and just offer oyster shell free choice if she continues laying.
