My quail nugget hasn’t layed any eggs since January and I’ve tried everything what do I do

How much light per day is she getting?
What are you feeding her?
What is her housing like? Does she have places to hide? How much space do they have?
How many males to females do you have?
Are there any predators hanging around?

5 months she was laying then stopped , there’s only one other who’s a male they are very close , she has layer pellets , they are in the garden so they get sunlight she’s a cournix quail

One boy one girl , they are in the garden in a big big hutch , so they get sunlight , there’s not predators, she’s a cournix quail and there are hiding spaces , she has layer pellets

One male to one female is not a good ratio. It's possible she's getting overbred, which will stop her from laying.

When you say layer pellets, do you mean CHICKEN layer pellets? Chicken layer is not going to provide her the nutrition that she needs.

That would be my guess based on the information you gave.

Are your days at least 14 hours long yet? They need 14-16 hours of light per day to lay as well.

Well yeah they outside , and what do u mean by over bred

The ideal ratio for coturnix quail is one male to about five females. If a male only has one hen, he will breed her too often. At best, this is stress for her and a bald head. It can lead to him injuring or even killing her.
