I personally would not use Baytril in the water, I would give it orally. Note that it is only 25mg/ml, so it's 1/4 the strength of th other Baytril (100mg).

Just to be clear most these treats was taken from another store, the store i got Amprolium from was the vet there, so he suggested to start with Amprolium.
