How long have you been a chicken owner, what made you want to be a chicken owner

Hello,
I started my first flock in 2012.
I started getting guinea fowl first and then chickens.
I have 4 flocks of chickens too.
I got chickens because my Dad had them when he was little, for pets and
there is nothing better than fresh eggs!
