Leash or Harness for a peacock, does anyone know where to get them?

Hello,
I am an owner of a beautiful male peacock , and would like to occasionally walk with my peacock when he is not caged in. Just in the neighborhood. I don't feel like separating my walks from being with him, plus he is very adorable and curious about his surroundings. It would be fun for him to take a walk out.
I have found some parrot flight suits and harnesses but they will only accommodate a bird up to 2KG of weight. Mine is already 10LB so that is way more then 2KG.
If anyone has experience with this please let me know.

Maybe it would be worth contacting someone who makes chicken harnesses, they could make an oversized one for you!!!

That would be awesome to do, I would defintly bring mine walk down burbon street in the french quarter, New Orleans. Let me know if find any.
