leaving a 60 watt bulb in a reflector light on in the coop

I have been leaving the light on, they are about 16 wks old, not laying yet. But should I not keep it on over night? The back part of my coop is a bit darker and they are usually ther unless to cold??

I have chickens from 2 months old to 9 months old. I have a 60 watt light on from 5 am to 8 pm and then solar light kick on until about midnight. (although recently not enough sun for them to come on) That seems to work fine for me, but we haven't had any really cold nights.

I leave a bulb in a scoop lamp on 24/7 they keep laying just fine.
