leaving during the hatching period for my quail eggs. what do i do!

hey will it be a problem to move the eggs wile they are hatching or should i move them right before they go on lockdown, i would preffer to move them midway so i can see them hatching

You can probably get away with either, I've heard of people driving down the road with chicks about to hatch so that girl scouts could watch, lol. I would be more likely to move them before lockdown because during lockdown they're turning to get into position for hatch and while it might not do anything detrimental while in lockdown, if you have the option of moving them beforehand, I would.

I would move them today. Throw a couple towels in the dryer and get them hot. Get the car running and ready to go. Wrap the incubator up with the towels, put in the car, and take them to your friends house.
