Left over ham for the girls?

We were thinking about feeding the chickens some left over ham tomorrow. I couldn't find anywhere on here if it's bad for them or not. What do you think?

Mine had all the leftover ham trimmings, the sweet potato skins, you name it from the Christmas dinner, they got it.

Mine got ham trimmings too, along with a little cooked corn and mashed potatoes. No complaints from the chickens

I give my girls the hamhocks out of the pot of beans when we are sick of them....

if you have extras and are worried about it being bad for the chickens send it my way i am stuck at work been here since 2 and will be here till 10 which is another 3 hours, jk sorry i couldnt help you that much, but with our hens we always give them all the left overs including chicken lol, they love it

I agree with Tala. As an every day thing, the salt might be a problem. But as a very rare treat, no problem.
