left side of chest?

If the crop is on the right side of the chest, what is on the left side of the chest? My black star had sour crop. Her crop is much better, but she's not improving. Yesterday I got her to eat a little, but today she won't eat, has to be force fed. She doesn't move much and will fall to the left side. I'm afraid she's not going to make it much longer.

The left side of her chest is very large now and sticks out like her crop did when she had sour crop.

I tried to see what I could find on chicken anatomy and no luck. Hopefully someone can pipe in. Can you post a pic?

There's nothing on the left side except muscle, fat and vessels. It is her crop you are seeing. If it is spilling over to the left side it is not emptying properly and is starting to get pendulous.
