leftovers, have lots of ham still?

Ham tetrazini (don't know if that is how it is spelled) But yum

I also like to take the ham drippings and make gravy. No gravy compares to it.
 
ham makes the best fried rice.

I make ham salad, just stuff it in a food processor with some mayo or salad dressing and some sweet relish.

Cube it up and put it in extra cheesey mac and cheese.

I always make splt pea soup too, but i boil the snot out of the ham bone and split that stock into the soup and then into other things- like soaking beans and making pork and beans.

I love hams... I can feed my family off just a ham bone for a week.

mmmm penny pinching....
