My goodness I am just not sure what that could be @Wyorp Rock .
It doesn’t look like a textbook abscess, doesn’t seem angry enough.

Yah, it isn't hot or infected, just not sure either.

It could be a mass that is involving her joint.

Mycoplasma synovitis can look like that in pictures. Usually it affects both legs though, and the joints have yellow exudate (pus.) There are other types of bacterial joint infections, and a vet may be able to simply withdraw some fluid or cells from the joint to identify what is in there. Same hen you posted about back in March?

Can you post some photos of all of her - particularly of her standing. (showing all of her body, legs, feet, toes, etc.)

Hard to know the cause of that. Is it only on the one leg or both?

Her ankle that is seen in the latest picture also appears to be swollen. How does the left ankle and hock look? In the second pics the left ankle does look a bit enlarged. The pic of swollen ankles below by bayareachick looks pretty much like mycoplasma synovitis:
