Leg mites

My chickens legs have scale and bumps on them ,is this leg mites and if so what can I do for it?

Anykind of oil can be used to treat leg mites. The object is to drown them. Make it easy on yourself and spray with a liberal coat of WD40 about once a week until the legs start looking better. Don`t forget to coat the roost........Pop
