Vent gleet help

I have to go to town now but i gave her a boiled egg and she GOBBLED it up. Ill give her some more when i get back

Im going to pick her up some yogurt (reading what type she can get rn) and proper probiotics along with anything else i can find that might help today in town. We have a grocery store and a small farm store that i know has probiotics but not many other sick chicken things, any ideas what i should get her? I dont think she has enough strength to eat her normal food or really do anything besides very slowly walk so im not very hopeful for her

Digestive issues are hard on birds. They can recover, if it doesn't become too complicated, but it can be scary. It's important that they keep eating and drinking.

They can't digest milk, so it can make droppings look weird if the yogurt is milk-based. This can sometimes hide improvement. Probiotic powder sprinkled on her food, or a tiny bit in her beak, (maybe as a wet paste so she doesn't inhale it,) can be helpful.

Sometimes I try unsweetened applesauce for pectin, or meal worms or bsfl for protein. Sometimes their needs and interest in foods change, so it's good to have a variety on hand.

Yea i just got her yogurt, thanks for the tip on the poop with that. Gonna get probiotics for her water. We have a chick recovering after having coccidiosis (we didnt have them on medicated feed unbeknownst to me) and it really is scary. She was in horrible condition and now she looks like she just wont grow or anything even though she no longer has it. Im gonna give her (the adult hen who this is about) yogurt, some mashed wet chicken feed, and boiled eggs while shes too sick to eat so she should have enough options. I have whole apples i can mash and dried soldier fly larvae (which has a good amount of protein), would you recommend i offer her some? I know she likes them
