Leg Splayed Backward

Trying my best to save this little guy…The leg is splayed backward…No hobble is holding it forward enough to correct the problem, but the chick can stand and drink if I tuck the leg under it using the hobble, but it can’t walk…It just pushes itself around the brooder…It hasn’t eaten yet either and it’s two days old…It’s active and alert…Is he done for?
